The initial and basic stage of implementing an idea and/or design in an original model. The models are implemented manually by an experienced sculptor or electronically through our 3D Designing & Printing department.

To produce the design we want to cast, it is necessary to create a mold. Mold types vary according to the molding process we want and can be plaster, rubber or even steel.

In our factory, we can cast metal products from brass, ZAMAK and aluminum, in all possible ways of casting:

• Sand casting
• Hot and cold chamber molding
• centrifugal casting
• casting with the “lost wax” method
• vacuum casting

As the sculpture-object is molded, it must be cleaned. This is achieved by the blower, vibration and milling machine

Once the casting process is completed, the metal feeds must be cut to a special wheel so that the sculpture-object can be further processed.

The sculpture-object, after the blasting and grinding process on the vibrating machine, must be manually smoothed on a special grinding machine in conjunction with some tools to smooth and refine all rough surfaces.

At this stage the welding is done, that is, the joining of two or more metal parts. Especially with the welding method and the use of silver, copper and brass anodes we achieve high quality welding of the metallic elements.

Some metal products we produce require metallization. The process of plating is done in specially designed tanks using certified chemicals, where by electrolysis the metal objects are coated with a layer of copper, brass, white brass or silver, according to the design specifications of the article.

It is the process by which brass sculptures are artificially oxidized with hot or cold patina, depending on the color desired. In special cases the sculptured objects can be electrostatically painted to achieve a more modern version.

At this stage the sculpture – object is assembled. in its complete form, by adapting any additional elements or mounting a relevant marble base when required.

It is the last step in the production process, where the sculpted object is coated with a layer of special protective varnish to get the final shape of the product and remain unchanged over time.

The production process is completed with the quality control of each product, according to the original design and the high quality requirements of our factory. At this stage the sculptured objects are products ready for sale

Our products are packaged with special protective packaging materials to prevent damage during transportation in any way.
